Fan Filter Module = FFU

A fan-filter unit (FFU) is a compact unit for generating high-purity air. FFU stands for fan-filter unit. These modules made it possible for the first time to bring greater flexibility to airflow in cleanrooms. The ability to control the modules individually made it possible to flexibly vary the outflow velocity of the air under the filters within a room.
