CNC (Clean not Certified) Cleanroom

Cleanrooms are closed, controlled production environments in industrial manufacturing. They protect sensitive components and parts from quality loss due to dust and dirt. To define a cleanroom, cleanliness levels are classified, which are determined by the number and size of particles per cubic meter of air. Clean rooms and clean spaces differ primarily in the definition of the permitted particle sizes. Due to the less complex filter and ventilation technology, the construction effort of a clean room is significantly smaller and its operation less expensive than that of a clean room.
