Nominal volume flow

The nominal volume flow is the volume flow required to comply with the cleanroom class. It is expressed in cubic meters per hour (m³/h) and depends on the size and layout of the cleanroom as well as on the number and type of particle emission sources. The nominal volume flow can be determined by measuring the particle concentration in the cleanroom.
